5. Ownership and intellectual property

6. Third-party tools and platforms
Some services rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, CRM software, or payment processors). We aren't responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those third parties. Where noted, we may earn an affiliate commission from tools we recommend, at no extra cost to you.
7. AI automation services
Our AI Business Automation and agent-based services are designed to operate under human oversight and defined escalation rules. You're responsible for reviewing automated actions where applicable and for promptly flagging any issues so we can adjust the workflow.
8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Limitation of liability
